Introduction
Roadvox Electronics Co., Ltd., established in 1998, as a manufacturer of TFT LCD mobile video, Monitor with DVD player, Car Digital TV Tuner and receiver，Digital set-top box and so on, has 32 employees in the field of software/hardware (PCB board design and instrument) development, production design, consulting and sales/marketing. Roadvox is well known as one leading manufacturer of mobile video products with strong R & D and stringent QC.
In May 2009, we purchased a company which has manufacturing facilities. It’s specialized in the manufacturing of LED lighting products. We own 49% share of it. We hope to be one of the leaders of LED street lights, LED light bulbs and LED traffic light factory, manufacturer, supplier and exporter in the LED lighting industry.
We have so far exported LED street lights and other LED lighting products to more than 50 countries and areas.
Except supply LED streets, LED light bulbs, you can also customize your branded LED street lights and LED light bulbs, your OEM or OEM projects are welcomed.
Research & Development
Our R & D team has earned a great reputation from our customers by advanced technology, innovative design and various support, consisting of production designer, instrument, board designer and soft programmer more than 7 years of experience in this field. We release 5 to 6 new products every year. We try our best to develop products with competitive prices to meet diversified customer needs. So continuously we try to communicate with our customers direct or through marketing department to hear and understand market needs. Quality Control
Our QC operation is partially conducted in-house and through reliable subcontractors. Our in-house QC staff consist of experienced engineers, technicians and production staff trained to perform QC inspections. Raw materials, components, and finished products are inspected in compliance with AQL MIL-STD 105E LEVEL II Major 2.0 and Minor 4.0. We measure and report our 100 material suppliers once every month based on ISO-9001. As a result of strict quality management, we get materials with more than 99% yield rate. Because of that our finished products have less than 1% defective rate.
